- Focus: Translates the foundation’s strategic goals into actionable tech directives, manages international partnerships, and oversees overall operational budgets.
Chief Operating Officer (COO) — Divisional Command Director
- Scope: Runs the day-to-day operations across all 7 physical/digital floors.
- Focus: Ensures seamless resource allocation between the 60 Advisers, 155 Officers, and 66 Staff. Optimizes the workflow between Floor 1 (Social Media) and Floor 7 (Investigations).
Chief Legal & Compliance Officer (CLCO)
- Scope: Oversees global cyber jurisprudence and regulatory compliance.
- Focus: Assesses risks involving Team B (Government Officers & MPs) and Team C (Women’s Safety), ensuring that investigative data collection aligns with international privacy laws.
Technological & Security Executive Board
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
- Scope: Executive oversight over Floor 5 (SBP – Protection from Blackmail/Traps) and overall data defense.
- Focus: Protects DWMFs Tech’s internal infrastructure from external breaches, state-sponsored cyber threats, and retaliatory hacking.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — Data & Infrastructure
- Scope: Directly oversees Floor 3 (SE – Search Engines) and Floor 4 (PH – Photo Authenticity).
- Focus: Architects deep-search algorithms, metadata validation tools, AI-driven digital forensic models, and secure server environments for investigative workflows.
Director of Digital Forensics & History Verification
- Scope: Directly oversees Floor 2 (VC – Verification) and Floor 6 (HS – Real History & Sources).
- Focus: Leads fact-checking methodologies, deepfake detection algorithms, and automated source-verification architectures to protect real history and counter disinformation.
Chief Communications Officer (CCO) / Media Room Director
- Scope: Executive head of the 20 Office Staff Members for News Media & Publication Announcement.
- Focus: Manages PR crises, controls public updates regarding major digital threat takedowns, and acts as the official spokesperson for the Governing Editorial Board..
Director of VIP & Government Liaison
- Scope: Direct oversight over Team A (Political/Historical Figures) and Team B (Ministers/MPs).
- Focus: Acts as the primary point of contact for external intelligence agencies, law enforcement, and government bodies requesting cybersecurity support from DWMFs.
Director of Global Outreach & Representation
- Scope: Direct management of the 10 Field Representatives Officers..
- Focus: Scales the Cyber Force’s footprint globally, setting up international liaison nodes and coordinating global cybersecurity literacy programs.
